About the event
Winemaker Kerem Baki is kicking off the new year with the first vertical tasting of 2025: Onyx wine. It's made from 100% estate-grown Tannat, grown right in front of our Tasting Room and Fox Den.
This special tasting lets you dive into how Onyx has changed over the years, starting from 2006. You'll get to know the varietal inside out and even think about future vintages that aren't out yet! We'll help you with questions like: How long should you age your wine? What food goes best with it? When's the perfect time to pop the bottle for the best experience?
Your ticket provides light food pairings that complement each of the 8+ wines featured at the event and the opportunity to enjoy a more substantial lunch after 1pm, paired with your preferred bottle or pint! Each featured Onyx vintage from the cellar will also be available by the glass…

Ticket includes a guided, seated tasting through our library of Onyx, a food-pairing plate, and an hour-long discussion with the winemaker. Cellared, current, and future vintages of Onyx will be available for purchase by the glass and bottle.
