About Us

Three Generations Strong

The Baki family's journey began in 2001 when they purchased the property to establish a vineyard and winery. Their son, Kerem, then enrolled in the Enology Graduate program at Virginia Tech, eagerly joining the effort. In 2003, Kerem and his father Bora planted each vine by hand, marking the start of their dream. That same year, Kerem proudly served his first wines from the tasting room. Tolga, Kerem's brother, played a vital role in business development and marketing, eventually channeling his brewing expertise into crafting exceptional craft beers for our tasting room. Mitchell, Tolga's son, joined the family business a few years ago to continue our legacy of farm care and hospitality to our guests.  Kerem's wife, Asli, oversees our Events, Ruby Club, and handles marketing initiatives, ensuring our community thrives. Zeynep, fondly known as 'Momma Baki,' brings her artistic touch to the tasting room and gardens, establishing the beautiful aesthetics you see today.

We're one of the very few small family-operated vineyards and tasting rooms in Loudoun County and work hard every day to ensure you have an elevated experience every time you visit us here at the foothills of the Shenandoah!
