The first of our 2023 Vertical Vintage series, we taste through 10+ vintages of our 100% Tannat ~ Onyx ~ dating back to 2004 as well as an hour-long discussion with the winemaker on the process. Tickets are $25pp | 21+ only event. Special ticket price for Ruby members ~ see details below

About The Event
A tasting through our library of Onyx, a 100% Tannat varietal ~ the boldest of our reds! This tasting will go back through the earliest of our production. This is an excellent opportunity to see how that gem hiding in your library is holding up and/or to purchase something from the library for your next special occasion. This event includes a tour of the winery, a taste through all Onyx vintages in our cellar, and an hour-long discussion with the winemaker. We will also have some of these library wines for sale from our cellar to yours!
Tickets are $25 per person online / This is a 21+ event only
Our Ruby club members receive 20% off ticket price and our VIP club members are comped ~ please email tastingroom@hillsboroughwine.com if you are a current VIP Member (6+ bottle member).
