Join us for an exclusive vertical tasting of our Ruby - Winemaker, Kerem Baki's signature blend of Fer Servadou, Petit Verdot, and Tannat ~ all grown here at Hillsborough.
This exclusive tasting is designed for guests to explore the evolution of Ruby over several vintages dating back to 2007, to gain a comprehensive understanding of the varietal, and a chance to reflect on future vintages not yet released! Your tasting experience will elevate with guidance on questions like: How long do you age your wine for? What types of food do you pair them with? When is the right time to open the bottle so it is a perfect experience?
Tasting tickets include a light food pairing, carefully curated to complement the featured vintages, and a post-tasting discussion with the Winemaker during which time your favorite Ruby vintage will be available for purchase by the glass or bottle. We host…
