What’s the fun in a couple ordering a pint of locally brewed beer and a glass of wine produced on the land it is served, and then having to enjoy them separately in two different locations on the same property? Nothing! Well, now that the Virginia ABC has changed that law, we at Hillsborough are offering the collaboration of 2 brothers: one a Winemaker driven by the dedication to hand-crafted wines made from grapes grown on the property; the other a Brewmaster creating unique beers that refresh the soul and tantalize the taste buds… both served side-by-side out of our scenic tasting room overlooking the rolling foothills of the Shenandoah. Brew Master, Tolga Baki will produce 5 beers on tap to join the 12+ wines his brother, Winemaker Kerem Baki creates, making us one of the first family-owned, co-existing farm winery and farm brewery, served out of one tasting room overlooking grapes grown on our property.

Crisp, light and refreshing, this German-style pilsner is made with 100% German malt and finished with French Mistral hops yielding a nose of roses, melon, and lychee.

Rich and complex Farmhouse Ale brewed with Belgian malts and noble hops then conditioned with our Petit Manseng must in freshly emptied Opal wine barrels.

Clean, toasty and dry Brown Ale made with American malts and Willamette hops resulting in a subtle taste of chocolate, caramel and tree nuts.

This easy-drinking light Golden Ale has a slight malty sweet flavor and a clean, dry finish. Made exclusively with Belgian malts and yeast that give a subtle fruity and spicy nose.

We offer an assortment of lite fare including a variety of domestic & foreign cheeses, sausages, pate’s, spreads, chocolates, crackers, warm baguettes, etc. On the weekends, during the season, our kitchen also hosts made-to-order dishes that compliment each glass.
Tasting & Tap Room
Experience the Revolution
As you enter our historic circa 1840’s stone tasting room you will be invited to gather around for a wine tasting, glass/bottle or enter our Fox Den to view our craft beers on tap. At both tasting counters, individual glasses or flights available, as well as food menus.
Group Flights
Have a group of eight or more?
More than eight people tasting is considered a group and requires a reservation. Reservations can be made by calling our tasting room at (540) 668-6216 or by linking below. Group reservations are only available during the hours of 11:00 AM to 2:30 PM on weekends.
