Cabernet Sauvignon Cabernet Sauvignon 75%, Merlot 13%, Cabernet Franc 12% The Cabernet Sauvignon is a classic Bordeaux styled, medium bodied red wine with bright fruit flavors of black cherry, plum, and violet with a satin finish. Bloodstone Fer Servadou 94%, Tannat 6% Bloodstone is a bold, full bodied, red wine with a complex flavor of white pepper, violet, mango, and black truffles. Textured tannins and a balanced structure make for a perfect complement to beef, lamb, and duck.
