Carnelian Roussanne 60%, Chardonnay 40% Carnelian is a crisp, medium bodied, dry white wine with an intense bouquet of chamomile flowers, pear, and almond and a persistent finish. Opal Petit Manseng 50%, Viognier 25%, Chardonnay 25% Opal is a creamy, medium bodied, dry white wine with a rich bouquet of orange blossom, tropical fruits, and green olive, completed with a rich and silky finish. Serefina Viognier 85%, Tannat 15% Serefina is a refreshingly crisp, dry Provencal styled rose, with flavors of peach, starfruit, and cranberry. Garnet Cabernet Sauvignon 30%, Merlot 30%, Cabernet Franc 20%, Petit Verdot 20% Garnet is a classic Bordeaux styled, medium bodied red wine with bright fruit flavors of black cherry, plum, and violet with a satin finish. Ruby Tannat 50%, Fer Servadou 30%, Petit Verdot 20% Ruby is a full bodied, tannic red wine with a supple nose of cocoa, white pepper, and dried cherry and an extended finish. Bloodstone Fer Servadou 85%, Cabernet Sauvignon 10%, Tannat 5% Bloodstone is a bold, full bodied, red wine with a complex flavor of white pepper, violet, mango, and black truffles. Textured tannins and a balanced structure make for a perfect complement to beef, lamb, and duck. Onyx Tannat 100% The intense, yet smooth tannins in Onyx support the complex flavors of the Tannat grape. With flavors of dark chocolate, black cherry, earth spices, and vanilla. Moonstone Late Harvest Viognier 100% Moonstone is a late harvest white wine with a sweet start followed by a crisp finish. This wine has a heady perfume of apricots and tropical fruits and contains 6% residual sugar.
