Oak Barrels in Barrel Room
The winery is a modernized c1940 horse barn with massive solid oak and cherry
beam and joist construction. The fermentation area houses two 4,000L and one
2,000L stainless steel tanks with glycol cooling sleeves. There is room for an
additional three 6,000L tanks in this section of the winery for future
expansion.
The Barrel Room is attached to the far side of the barn with 60 fine French Oak
barrels with another 240 on order for next year. With ample space for crushing,
fermentation, and racking, along with a state-of-the art laboratory, the
converted barn serves as an ideal home for a world-class winery.
Scheduled tours are available throughout the year.
